MOQ & Orders
What is your MOQ for private label lubricants?
Our standard MOQ for OEM/private label orders is one 20-foot container (about 12,000-15,000 liters mixed across products). For Macan branded distribution, MOQ can be as low as 500 liters. Sample orders of 1-5 drums are available before bulk production.
Can you produce lubricants under our own brand (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We have been offering OEM and ODM services for years. You provide your brand artwork and bottle design, or we design for you. We fill, label, pack and ship under your brand. We also help clients formulate custom blends (viscosity, additives, performance level) for their local market.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide free samples (1 liter per product) for evaluation; you only cover courier cost. Sample reports including viscosity, flash point, wear test and base color are included. Most clients test samples locally before their first container.
Production & Quality
How long is your production lead time?
Standard lead time is 15-25 working days after deposit and artwork confirmation. Repeat orders with existing formulations usually ship within 10-15 days. We keep safety stock of base oils and common packaging so most orders do not get delayed.
Which certifications do you have?
Our products meet API (SP/SN/SL/CF-4 etc.), ACEA, JASO and ISO standards. Our factory runs ISO 9001 quality management. We provide COA, SDS, TDS and test reports for every shipment.
How do you control quality?
Every batch is tested in our lab before release: viscosity at 40/100C, flash point, pour point, color, wear and additive content. We use additive packages from global suppliers. Our blending system is fully automated to ensure batch consistency. COA is issued for every shipment.
Packaging & Shipping
What packaging options do you offer?
We offer 1L, 4L, 5L plastic bottles, 18L and 20L pails, 200L steel drums, and IBC totes. Labels can be your brand or ours. We can also match competitor bottle shapes if you send samples. Carton packing and pallet loading are standard.
Can you fill bottles we supply ourselves?
Yes. If you already have your own bottles, caps or labels, ship them to our Guangzhou factory and we fill, pack and load them. We also offer a cost-saving option where we source packaging locally on your behalf.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to over 40 countries, with strong presence in Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Ghana, South Africa), the Americas (Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil), Europe (Russia, Turkey, Eastern Europe), Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia) and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan). We handle full export documentation and container loading.
Commercial
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. For long-term partners we accept L/C at sight. Western Union and PayPal are accepted for sample and small orders.
